A message dated May 31, 2000, was received stating the Governor has            
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled       
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:               
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 344(FIN)                                                
"An Act authorizing a land exchange between the Department of                 
Natural Resources and Alaska Hardrock, Inc.; approving a long-                 
term lease of certain Alaska Railroad Corporation land at Healy;
